REFUND POLICY
30-DAY FULL REFUND GUARANTEE
If a student decides not to continue with the course for any reason within the first 30 days from the date of enrolment, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, with no questions asked.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the request is received.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method or the bank account provided by the parent/student.
